Holiday Return Policy
Our Holiday Return policy is for orders made between 11/15 and 12/25.
*Jewelry purchased during the holiday season can be returned on occasion. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Jewelry must remain in original package and not worn in order to be returned AND must follow other guidelines below.
*All Fine Jewelry are final sale. No refunds or size exchanges are available since they are custom made for each customer.
All Earrings and Necklaces are final sale and non-refundable (due to sanitary reasons) unless damaged or defective upon delivery. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at email@example.com and let us know if your jewelry order is damaged or defective (be sure to include photos), if approved, we will send you the next steps to receive a replacement or refund.
Our Size Exchange Policy lasts until 14 days after Christmas (12/25/20). January 8th, 2021 will be the last day you will be able to provide tracking of your returned/exchanged item. You Must Contact Us Within 3 Days of Receiving item. Last day to ship Items (AND provide us a tracking number) will be January 8th, 2021 (01/08/2021). If it is past this date, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
We also do not provide the amount needed to return the product to one of our warehouses or main office. If you would like to return or exchange your product, you will need to pay this amount required for shipping. Please reach out to our support for more information about exchange and return policies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any loss in damage is responsible by the buyer.
To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send your order number to our email and let us know.
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the warehouse. We will provide you with the return shipping address to accept returns and exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Earrings & Necklaces cannot be Returned or Exchanged due to sanitary reasons.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)-
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) -
We will only replace items if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. If you need to exchange item, send an email with pictures included to email@example.com and we'll send you the address to return the item to.
Only Rings & Bracelets can be Exchanged*
This excludes all fine jewelry we have on the site.

Last day of accepting holiday returns and exchanges is January 8th, 2020. Jewelry MUST come in its original packaging and be unused. The buyer is responsible for shipping the bracelet to be exchanged with tracking information (insurance is recommended). We cannot be held responsible for lost packages in the care of USPS.
Please make sure to measure the exact size of your fist to make sure that the bangle is the correct size. We will send you the size charts for reference. Size charts can also be found on the product page of our store.
We will ONLY accept ONE exchange for these bracelets per order if necessary.
Once you send us the correct size that you would like to exchange for, we will then send you the Return Address to send the exchange to. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please be aware that you as the customer may incur additional fees if we need to forward your package to the correct return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
We ONLY ship to the United States. Orders outside of the United States will automatically be canceled and refunded at this time.
Orders take between 12 to 20 business days to be received by the purchaser. Please allow time to receive your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
